At Hemingway, we’re building the knowledge and connection infrastructure to drive global mental health innovation. We believe we need better ways to treat and prevent mental illness and we’re supporting the wonderful people tackling these problems around the world.
Hemingway started as a newsletter on mental health innovation (The Hemingway Report) which is now read by thousands of mental health leaders. Then, in 2025, we launched the Hemingway Community to help these leaders connect on a deeper level and get access to more of the insights they need to build successful organisations.
Today, this community is home to over 330 members from some of the world’s most important organisations in over 25 countries. We help these people connect and learn through Hemingway Sessions, our curated Slack group, local meetups, and co-created resources.
We're hiring a Community Coordinator to take the Hemingway Community to the next level. You’ll be the force making this a highly valuable and meaningful space for mental health leaders. As the connective tissue, you’ll also make the Hemingway Community feel alive - ensuring every member interaction is smooth, every connection lands, and every new joiner feels like they've found their people.
